A polycarbonate windshield is less likely to break but much more prone to scratches. Also, check the thickness. Windshields are typically 3/16” up to ¼” thick. The thicker your windshield, they less likely it is to break.

The next group of golf cart accessories I would consider more of breaking from the mold and having your golf cart become multi use as well as earning you some head turns and perhaps even sideways looks.  There are now kits that will allow your golf cart to become more of an off road vehicle in the same vein as an ATV with a little less functionality.  Use it for fishing and hunting and to go off the beaten path a little bit.   Or you can pimp out your ride with some cool additions similar to car accessories such as spinners, black lights, and upgraded wheels.   These add-ons are meant to set you apart from the crowd and get you noticed as well as give you a better feeling about your ride.
